The new venue is a little more polished and allows for sit down diners. You get your milk tea complete with tea net and pot. Hong Kongers make the pilgrimage just for these pork chop buns which come with the bone and you have two choices of bread, the normal soft loaf or the boluo “pineapple” bun which comes with a caramelized crust on top (which makes it look like a pineapple hence the name.
