Too Cool Café in Indian Harbour Beach has recently undergone a change in ownership and gained a more upscale ambiance, but the big menu still offers great choices for any palate. Go for the gold and order the Triple Goat Cheese Burger, aka “The Goat.” A full pound and a half of Angus beef arrive with goat cheese, real caramelized onions and lemon honey aioli. The sauce’s blend of tart and sweet lends a complex balance to the juicy, oozy burger. For the complete package, add french fries with sea salt and Parmesan with a malt vinegar aioli. Incredible!
