The old town of Shanghai is known as Yu Garden and amongst the chaos, commotion and onslaught of knickknack salesmen is the world’s most famous dumpling shop. Established in 1900, this culinary icon at Shanghai's Cheng Huang Temple even has its own signpost to guide you to the long line of people queued at the take-away window on the side of the restaurant.
