Pieminister is a Bristol institution, selling meaty, fishy and vegetarian pies from a stall at St Nicholas Market and their pie restaurant on Stokes Croft. Their Funghi Chicken Pie features 100% free range chicken alongside field and chestnut mushrooms. Delicious.
