This is what heaven probably tastes like. This PEI transplant has found a home in NOTL. Line-ups are typical but patience is a virtue... especially when you can feast on creations such as the Gooey Mooey: a burnt sugar (caramel) ice cream, with their own home made English toffee and caramel cups, finished chocolate flakes. The other rule-- it must be scooped into a freshly baked waffle cone. Oh and not for the faint of heart-- get it dipped in chocolate and sprinkles.
