Ann Arbor’s first tapas bar offers all sorts of delectable small plates for sharing, but one of my favorites is the Albóndigas. These lamb meatballs are seared beautifully on the outside, yet are tender and juicy inside. Manchego cheese and an almond picada sauce are served with the savory meatballs.
