Awarded a Michelin star, this contemporary dining room’s minimalist interior of charcoal-color walls and glossy parquet floors highlights the works of Cordovan artist Pablo Rubio. In the kitchen, award-winning Chef Kisko Garcia offers his creative take on regional cuisine that seeks to surprise the diner with such dishes as crispy suckling pig with cream of garlic and oranges and traditionally-caught fresh tuna cooked in pork stock and roasted on an oak log fire.
