The authentic Shio Butter Ramen is served only during lunch here at Hanamizuki, but it's well worth the trip. The broth is deeply flavorful with the taste of butter and salt, the noodles are fresh and springy. The boiled egg, the bamboo shoots, chashu pork slices, scallions and everything else melt together in a sea of deliciousness - definitely not the instant ramen of your college days.
