Café 100
Loco Moco

The local classic dish was reportedly created at the Lincoln Grill restaurant in Hilo, Hawaii in 1949 by its owners and was named after a teenager nicknamed Loco (crazy). The classic is a burger patty over rice with gravy, topped by a fried egg. Try the version here with Portugese Sausage. Foodies might try this mostly for local and historical reasons rather than as a culinary achievement!
