Ristorante Alfredo Alla Scrofa
Fettuccine Alfredo

Fettuccini Alfredo was invented in 1914 by Alfredo as a dish so tasty that his pregnant wife, who had lost her appetite could not resist. The dish was originally served with golden spoons and is still delicious when tried at this lovely building on a Roman square. Locals may gripe but this really is a delicious treat in an historic venue.
