Brighton doesn’t have much of a high tea scene, we prefer out afternoon tea a little quirkier. Blackbird tea rooms have an authentic vintage vibe without being gimmicky and the tea room is just gorgeous. They have a beautifully presented afternoon tea on a glass stand with fine pastry and tiny sandwiches or opt for a slice of their gravity defying cakes.
