Bocca di Lupo
Partners Jacob Kenedy and Victor Hugo opened their regional Italian restaurant in late 2008 to awards and accolades in the heart of Soho. The popular family business bills itself as “a small and humble trattoria at heart” that specializes in food and wine from across Italy's 20 regions. Homemade items include gelato, breads, sausages, salami, pickles, mostarda and pasta; the rest carefully sourced from Italy. Almost all of the items on the menu are detailed with its place of origin and can be ordered in small and large portions. While the menu changes weekly, look for such offerings as spaghetti with half a lobster, mussels, ginger and tomato; deep-fried calamari and soft-shell crab served with lemon; and truffled pork and foie gras sausage with polenta. Main courses range from £7-£32.
