Chivito is the name of one of many Uruguayan food treasures, a juicy meat sandwich made with white burger bread stuffed with mayonnaise, a thin tenderloin stake, ham, crispy bacon, melted mozzarella, slices of tomato and a leaf of lettuce. This sandwich is served in every bar of the country, but the chivito king is the cook from Bar Arocena in Montevideo.
