This is a must try and one of their signature items in dim sum. It's generously stuffed with Shiitake, Enoki and Oyster mushrooms and although I'm not keen on truffle oil, they use it here and it doesn't bother me. For dinner also order their Jade Smoked Grandpa Chicken and Sautéed B.C. Dungeness Crab & Mixed Mushrooms with Amoy Premium Soy. This is one of Richmond's favourite upscale Chinese restaurants.
