Line Athens

Line is a forward-thinking wine bar located just outside the city center of Athens, with a focus on Greek producers who champion sustainability and zero-waste practices. Housed in a transformed 450m² former industrial space—complete with an open-air patio—the venue functions as an all-day bar and restaurant deeply rooted in eco-conscious values.

Guests enter through a heavy wooden door and into a small vestibule, veiled by a thick, dark curtain that sets the tone for the sensory experience ahead. Inside, the artistry of mixology takes center stage. Line is known for its inventive cocktails, each crafted with precision and creativity, embodying the bar's signature style and innovative spirit.

At the helm are Michail and Vaggelis, whose expertise in fermentation plays a defining role in Line’s identity. Bringing an industrial-chic ethos to the forefront, they integrate zero-waste techniques and housemade ferments—including beer, fruit wines, and even fermented bread—into their cocktail creations. The result is bold reinterpretations of classic drinks, transformed into imaginative, flavor-driven experiences.
