Tacos de Pescado El Ensenada claims to have invented the fish taco, surely an apocryphal story, as is the tale of Japanese fishermen bringing their tempura style of cooking to the peninsula. The fish is fresh, but the scene-stealer is the vibrant rainbow of salsas, the largest selection in town. To wash it all down is an unusual agua de cebada, i.e. malty barley water.
