Bermejo, a bistro serving upscale ‘cocina del autor’ based on local ingredients and traditions, is under the capable hand of Chef Adriá Montaño. A hit appetizer is oysters from nearby Baja, passed under the grill to slightly warm them then topped with roast beef au jus. It’s an unlikely surf & turf marriage that works. The price is 160 pesos, a full meal will cost around $500-700.
