Mariscos Omar

This hearty seafood soup, a local specialty, is divine. It’s made with the wing of the manta ray (skate), shrimp, tomatoes and chilies. It can be eaten as broth or strained in tacos, garnished with pickled onion and spikey salsa. $25 pesos for a small portion should do it.
