Tia Grimanesa, otherwise known as Tia Grima or Doña Grimanesa, began serving anticuchos, skewered beef hearts, from a street corner grill three decades ago. She would sell out almost every night. The crowds became so overwhelming that Tia Grima moved into this storefront in Miraflores in 2011.
