For one of the juiciest beef empanadas of your life, order the ossobuco at Ceibo. While this is a nice enough restaurant that does pretty well from its prime downtown location, its little meat turnovers are the star of the menu (sorry, chef.) Baked, succulent, tasty and overflowing with juices, wear a napkin on your chest, and don’t wear white.
