The very best cochinita pibil in town is sold here: pork is marinated in achiote, chili and lime and slow roasted. The fragrant, tender meat is then served on hearty rolls, freshly baked in the panadería. Locals in the know gather and eat at the plastic tables or take out. Go early, they often run out by 11; then stroll back to the centro along lovely colonial calle 64A.
