El Gordito

Vigorón is a traditional street food dish that we love in Nicaragua. It’s composed of a very soft boiled cassava, with topped with incomparable crisp pork skin, and a pickled cabbage salad. It is most often eaten in Granada in its central park, and even though there are many vigoron stands all over the city, El Gordito has made its reputatios as the best. Order it the traditional way with a glass of cacao on the side.
