Despite what many locals claim, it’s tough to find quality mariscos, or shellfish, at restaurants in Puebla (even though the city is located only three hours from the Gulf Coast). El Pecadito restaurant is one exception. Its caldo de mariscos—a pile of crab, shrimp, clams, and more served in a mildly spicy, tomatoey broth—is sinfully good.
