Opened in 2007, this award-winning restaurant is run by a Peruvian chef. In addition to creative appetizers, the menu features more than more than a dozen ceviches and tiraditos, including the Ceviche de Lenguado (Michelada Ceviche). This Peruvian ceviche features raw sole marinated with lemon, chopped pepper and crushed ginger. While you are there, be sure to look at the impressive wine cellar. Bestowed with a coveted Wine Spectator Award of Excellence in 2009, the room is shaped in a planetarium-like cylinder.
