Ceviche Verde del Camarón

Erizo is famed Chef Javier Plascencia’s cebicheria in Tijuana’s Chapultepec neighborhood. Javier’s well-trained and attentive staff create fresh and imaginative dishes based on the seafood available to them that day. Their ceviche verde of shrimp is local shrimp bathed in a green aguachile (chile water) with a piquant tomatillo salsa - it’s finished with avocado and red onion.
