Young Chef Bernardo G. Piña offers "elevated street food" from his bright red Maquina 65 truck in the Telefónica Gastro Park. His pulpo burger combines a perfectly seasoned, pressed and grilled octopus patty with local greens, tomato and house-made dressing and is served on a soft, freshly baked bun - once you've tried it you'll have a hard time going back to beef. The sandwich includes a house salad or fries on the side.
