Tatami Parrilla, located at Colectivo 9, offers grilled Japanese specialties made from locally sourced ingredients. The conos (hand rolls) feature grilled seafood wrapped in nori (seaweed sheets) with fresh spinach and a slice of avocado. The shrimp hand roll is accented by wasabi mayo. The soft shell crab hand roll is garnished with tamarind sauce. And the spicy pulpo hand roll is stuffed with buttery octopus and sprinkled with a blend of dried chilies.
