La Terrasse San Roman

Chef Martin San Roman, trained at L'École Lenôtre in Paris, is one of Mexico's most beloved culinary artists. La Terrasse San Roman at Vinicola Alximia is his foray into Baja's wine country, where he prepares his trademark "Baja Provençale" cuisine - classic country French recipes created with locally culled ingredients. Enjoy a glass of one of Alximia's award-winning wines on the restaurant’s relaxed vineyard terrace, then dine on such signature dishes as tostada of mussels and pinto beans atop a toasted blue corn tortilla and a layer of mild chipotle crema, finished with a sprig of wild grass foraged from Alximia's vineyard; half roasted duck with garlic and honey sauce; and the chef's famous pastel de crepas Tijuana.
