Emara is a small family run Yucatecan restaurant located behind Mercado 28. A Mexican breakfast is essential: huevos motulenos, the Yucatecan version of Mexican eggs are two sunny-side-up served on warmed tortillas spread with black beans, sprinkled with ham, peas, fresh cheese, then bathed in a mildly picante tomato chili sauce.
