Tacos de cochinita

This simple counter-only venue, surrounded by high-end Polanco eateries, does nothing but tacos of succulent cochinita pibil, the fragrant pork in achiote, chile and citrus sauce, which is the specialty of the Yucatan peninsula in southern Mexico.
