At Adobos Caribbean Grill, you can try the Cuban classic ropa vieja served with the famous Puerto Rican staple mofongo. The ropa vieja is shredded beef steeped in a savory marinade. Mofongo is plantain bananas that are oiled, fried and crushed in a bowl with broth, garlic, onions and bits of meat. There really isn’t anything like it, and is a must try!
