Figlmüller

Wiener schnitzel, German for “Viennese cutlet,” is the national dish of Vienna. A slice of veal, pounded until thin, is coated in eggs, flour and breadcrumbs, fried to a golden yellow and garnished with lemon slices, tart capers, diced egg and even anchovies. Bustling with activity, you will enjoy a true Viennese dining experience at Figlmuller. Cooking their specialty for more than 110 years, Figlmuller’s entrée features a hearty portion of pork tenderloin hammered thin, well-coated and served with lots of lemon wedges. Try it with a side of Viennese potato salad, known for its sweetness. You won't find a bigger or tenderer Wiener schnitzel (pork or veal) anywhere in the city. Figlmuller have every right to call itself "The Home of the Schnitzel."
