Fritas are a type of traditional Cuban burger. My favorite, the Chorizo Frita, consists of a spicy chorizo patty topped with sweet chili mayo and shoestring fries, and is served on a buttery brioche bun. For incredible Cuban-inspired street food, Frita Batidos is not to be missed.
