Spinach and Garlic Ravioli

Tony’s Pasta makes their pasta fresh daily, which explains why they frequently run out of my beloved spinach and garlic ravioli before I get any. You can’t go wrong with their sauces, but I particularly love the alfredo or the creamy tomato and artichoke with this dish. They also have wonderful sandwiches and pizzas, but I could eat my weight in the roasted-garlic ciabatta with dipping oil that is served prior to every meal. The house salad is good but the Caesar is divine.
