Not so much a restaurant but a bakery that serves fantastic Bahn Mi sandwiches using fresh baked bread in house that supplies most other banh mi shops. My favourite is the combination that has a pate, pork and a type of head cheese with mayonnaise, cilantro, jalapenos and pickled carrots and daikon radish. A perfect blend of flavours and a great example of the mix of French and Vietnamese cuisine. All this for $3! Other favourites are the grilled chicken and the 3 egg banh mi. I usually have it with their fresh made boba drinks. No powders here. They make them with fresh fruit or fresh brewed Vietnamese coffee.
