This is a great new Indian restaurant in town; nearly the only Indian restaurant in town. The Rogan Josh is made of tender lamb cooked in clarified butter (Ghee), browned onions, fresh ginger, touch of garlic, and simmered spices and yogurt. Truly a great Indian experience hidden in western Maryland.
