Minetta Tavern
Minetta Burger

The Minetta Tavern dates to 1937 when it originally opened in New York City,’s Greenwich Village. It was given the same name as a brook that used to run near it, connecting to the Hudson River. The tavern’s Black Label Burger may have rightly been the darling of the NYC burger scene when it was introduced in 2009, but the Minetta Burger is a better deal. Clarified butter is drizzled over the dry-aged beef patty while sizzling, then generously seasoned with salt and pepper. This burger offers an insane beef flavor with cheddar and caramelized onions punching each bite.‬‬‬
