This Greenwich Village Tavern was given the same name as a brook that used to run near it, connecting to the Hudson River. The tavern’s Black Label Burger may rightly be the darling of the NYC burger scene (introduced in 2009), but the pro move is the Minetta Burger, which we think is tastier. Clarified butter is drizzled over the dry-aged beef patty while sizzling, then generously seasoned with salt and pepper. This burger offers an insane beef flavor with cheddar and caramelized onions punching up each bite.‬‬‬
