BBQ Shop is a great casual barbecue restaurant with friendly service and generous food portions. This place is famous for its yummy Pork BBQ sandwich and ribs. BBQ Shop's pulled pork sandwich is served on fresh Texas toast with a huge amount of pork is piled high on the toast. The meat is tender, juicy and their homemade BBQ sauce, The Dancing Pig, has the right amount of tangy. The battered fries and spicy coleslaw served on the sides are the perfect accompaniments to the meal. Their glazed ribs at the BBQ Shop are new to me and are a revelation. Lightly coated after cooking with sauce and then covered in the dry shake, these perfectly cooked ribs offer something for everything. I once thought BBQ Shop was for sandwiches. No more.
