Roxie's has a lot of the elements of a truly Memphis dining experience - it's tiny, it's crowded and it serves fabulous Uptown Burger. It is made of two good size hand-formed patties, both covered in the three aforementioned kinds of cheese and topped with a generous portion of grilled yellow onion. It is served on a large Wonder burger bun with lettuce, tomato, sour pickles, mustard and mayo. The fries are hit with a big dash of seasoned salt and dropped into a big Styrofoam container alongside the Uptown Burger.
