This special dish, 112 Tartare is an unsophisticated, rustic meal, made up of finely chopped or minced raw beef presented with onions, capers and seasonings, or raw egg yolk, and often served on rye bread with just the right balance of all ingredients. Very unpretentious restaurant which is opened till late hours and has made a major splash on the national food scene since opening in 2005.
