The Blue Door Pub has won the best burger media awards. The restaurant is low on pretense but high on creativity. Their Juicy Lucy (called Blucy) Cheese Burger is their signature dish which is Minneapolis' contribution to world cuisine. It's a cheeseburger with the cheese inside the meat, such that the cheese melts to a molten core when cooked, and served with a warning against scalding yourself with liquid cheese. A must visit here!
