Since 1953, the Shed have been serving up the Sante Fe speciality of green hatch chiles, which are grown especially for them and brought in fresh everyday. Popping up all over the menu, the delicacy makes an appearances in items such as green chile pork stew, chicken enchilada verde and our favourite – the delicious green chile-topped burrito that is packed full with pinto beans, cheddar cheese and onions, and served with Spanish rice. Offering a time-tested taste of the best that Northern New Mexico has to offer, the Shed is a family owned and operated business that has been delivering delicious chile dishes for over 3 generations.
