The bread roll here is super fresh and soft with a slight crust on the top for crunch. The pastrami is thinly sliced, moist and not overly spiced. The slaw is home-made, very finely chopped with white cabbage and carrot (no onion). There is also minimal mayo used so it is sweet and crunchy. The melted Swiss cheese gives a cheese taste without making the sandwich overly moist or messy. The whole thing is held together by Russian dressing which gives a sweet finish.
