David LeFevre created one of the first destination restaurants in Manhattan Beach by packing flavor into almost every cranny of his menu. M.B. Post’s bacon cheddar buttermilk biscuits have their own Facebook page, for good reason. The buttery biscuits arrive studded with Nueske bacon and chives. They’re brushed with pork fat and fleur de sel, crisped edged, and served with maple butter.
