Datemaki is a sweet omelette roll with seasoned-vinegared rice. The egg is very well cooked and rolled properly, with the meal giving out an intoxicating aroma. If you "get" Japanese cuisine, Hachi Ju Hachi is bliss and the range of flavors are wide: some strong, some subtle.
