Generations of the Himmeroeder Family have operated this German restaurant in this quiet and beautiful location since the spring of 1987. Set on the shore of the Indian River Lagoon in Melbourne Beach, the restaurant is known for its spectacular water views at sunset. The menu is heavily influenced by the flavors of Rhineland and Germany. Chef Emeril Lagasse stopped in, where he filmed portions of a Food Network special on the best restaurants in Florida.
