Oh Biscuit, a little eatery on the western edge of the Eau Gallie Arts District, is housed in a former arts shop rendered charming and cheery by bright paint, beach decor and friendly service. Homemade, melt-in-your-mouth biscuits, thick-cut bacon, daily quiche creations, bread pudding specials and “brookies,” a cross between a brownie and a cookie, are among the highlights cooked up by husband-and-wife duo Larry and Christine. Fans know to order the Cinnamon Bun French Toast. Christine bakes substantial cinnamon buns swirled with cinnamon sugar, then crafts them into French toast and serves them with perfectly crisped bacon and warm maple syrup. You’ll clean your paper plate.
