St. Louis pizza sports an amazingly thin crust, is cut in squares and usually has a distinctive cheese called provel, creamy and a little smoky. This family-owned restaurant offers good burgers and tasty Italian specialties, but it's the pizza that calls to us. Friday nights, a family member sings Sinatra tunes and the joint is packed. Note that pizza is available at lunch, too.
