Trattoria Marcella serves the best version of St. Louis specialty, toasted ravioli. T-ravs aren't toasted but deep-fried, with a meaty filling and a marinara sauce for dipping, good with beer or wine. Most places serve frozen ones from an industrial supplier, but not the Marcella guys.
