A sleeper of a restaurant in a high-end suburb, Truffles has been revitalized by Chef Brandon Benack. He's kept a few New Orleans dishes like a swell shrimp and grits from the previous administration, and the signature Dover sole, but he's gone towards serious meat with a vengeance, even opening a butcher shop next door. Quiet during the week, and good for business lunches.
